Terms of Service

The agreement between you and CanOpti Inc. for using TriView. By creating an account you agree to these Terms; if you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Effective 30 October 2026

1. What the Service is

TriView (the “Service”), operated by CanOpti Inc. (“we”, “us”), is a technical-analysis dashboard for US-listed stocks. Once each trading day, after the market closes, we fetch end-of-day prices from third-party data providers and compute technical indicators — moving averages, RSI, volume measures, chart-pattern detection and support/resistance zones — across monthly, weekly and daily timeframes.

The Service is not real-time. Data reflects the most recent completed nightly update and may be a day or more old.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Our Investment Disclaimer forms part of these Terms. In short: the analysis is general and educational, generated automatically by fixed algorithms and AI with no human review, the same for every user and not tailored to you. It may be wrong, and every trading decision you make is yours alone.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • Give us accurate information and keep it up to date, especially your email address — we use it for account security and service notices.
  • Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@canopti.com if you think it has been compromised.
  • One person per account. Your account is for your individual use; don't share your login or let others use the Service through it.

4. Access and plans

  • A free account can view a limited selection of stocks in full. You need an account to see any market data.
  • Pro access covers every stock we track. During our launch period Pro is included with every account at no charge until the date shown on the Pricing page; after that, accounts without Pro return to free access and keep their saved content.
  • We don't charge for the Service today. If we introduce paid plans, we will publish their price, renewal and cancellation terms before you can buy one, and nobody will be charged without choosing to subscribe.
  • We may change what free access includes at any time.

5. Your content

Trade plans, notes, chart drawings, filters, pinned stocks and preferences you create (“your content”) remain yours. They are private to your account and never shown to another user.

  • You give us permission to store, process and display your content back to you, only to run the Service for you.
  • Your content is not advice from us, and we don't review or endorse it.
  • Don't store anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
  • When you delete your account, your content is deleted with it as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, download in bulk, resell, redistribute or publish data, indicators or other content from the Service, except for sharing occasional screenshots for personal, non-commercial discussion with attribution;
  • access or try to access any part of the Service your account does not include, including by circumventing or working around access controls, feature restrictions or rate limits;
  • use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the Service, except an API we expressly make available to you, within its documented limits;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
  • use the Service unlawfully, or to build a competing product.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and design, and the analysis and indicators it produces belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for your own research while your account is in good standing.

8. Third-party data

Market data comes from third-party providers. It is provided “as is” by those providers and may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted after the fact (for example for splits and dividends) or wrong. Your use of it may also be subject to the providers' own terms.

9. Changes and availability

We are continually developing the Service and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep it available but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and the nightly update can fail or run late.

10. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time from Account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or are fraudulent, with notice where reasonable.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service; and
  • our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory rights you have as a consumer where you live.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, to the extent the law allows.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will email you at least 30 days before they apply; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them. The effective date at the top always shows the current version.
