Nothing on the Service — including indicators, signals, grades, verdicts, chart patterns, support and resistance zones, screens or emails — is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation or offer to buy, sell or hold any security.

We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner, and are not authorised or regulated by any financial regulator.

What the signals are

The dashboard's labels describe technical trend states — for example, that a price is above its 200-period moving average, that RSI is rising, or that a chart pattern has formed. They are mechanical outputs of formulas applied to historical prices. They are not predictions and not instructions to trade.

How the analysis is produced, and how it fails

Everything the Service shows about a stock is generated automatically. No person reviews it before you see it.

• Indicators, grades and verdicts are fixed formulas — moving averages, RSI and threshold rules — applied to end-of-day prices. They contain no judgement.
• Chart patterns and support/resistance zones are produced by pattern-detection algorithms and AI. These are statistical guesses about shape, not measurements. A zone can sit at the wrong price, a pattern can be labelled that a human would not call, and a real one can be missed entirely.
• Automated output can simply be wrong, including confidently and consistently wrong for a particular stock — for example where its price history is short, has been reused by a different company, or contains bad vendor data.

Treat every level, zone and pattern as a starting point for your own chart reading, never as a verified fact. Check anything you intend to act on against your own charts and your broker's data.

Your trade plans, notes and drawings

Trade plans, notes and chart drawings are written by you, stored for you, and shown only to you. We do not publish trade plans, and no other user's analysis is shown to you at any point.

• They are your content, not ours, and not advice from us to you. We don't review, endorse or check them.
• Nothing we show you is tailored to your finances, objectives, risk tolerance or tax position. The computed analysis is identical for every user; the only personal thing on the page is what you wrote yourself.
• They are deleted when you delete your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Conflicts of interest

We, and people associated with us, may hold, buy or sell positions in securities shown on the Service. The analysis is computed identically for every stock and is not adjusted for those positions.

Data accuracy

Prices come from third-party providers and are updated once per trading day after the market closes. Data may be delayed, incomplete, later adjusted (for example for splits and dividends) or wrong, and calculations built on it inherit those errors. Always check prices with your broker before acting.

Risk

Trading and investing carry a high risk of loss, including loss of more than your original investment when using leverage, margin or derivatives. Past performance — including historical patterns shown on charts — does not guarantee or predict future results. Any examples are illustrative.
